A bipartisan group of U.S. Senators and members of the U.S. Home of Representatives on Friday (September 21, 2024) introduced the formation of a caucus to advertise the Quadrilateral Safety Dialogue (Quad), a gaggle comprised of India, the U.S., Australia and Japan, on the eve of a summit-level assembly of the group’s leaders in Wilmington.
