Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump sued CBS on Thursday over an interview of his Democratic rival Kamala Harris aired in early October that the lawsuit alleged was “doctored” and deceptive, in response to a courtroom submitting.

The submitting was made within the U.S. District Courtroom for the Northern District of Texas. Trump and Harris face one another in what polls present to be a good race for the Nov. 5 U.S. elections.

The swimsuit demanded a jury trial and not less than $10 billion in damages, the submitting confirmed.
