Imagine it or not, a person in Gujarat has saved a snake by performing the life-saving method often known as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Yash Tadvi, a wildlife rescuer in Gujarat’s Vadodara, mentioned he obtained a name on his helpline quantity a couple of snake being discovered useless in an space. Upon reaching the situation, he mentioned he noticed the situation of the reptile, a one-foot non-venomous checkered keelback, and believed that it will survive.
“After I went there, the snake was in an unconscious state. There was no motion, however I used to be assured that the snake would survive,” Mr Tadvi mentioned after the miraculous save, which was recorded on a telephone.
“So I took its neck in my hand, opened its mouth and tried to deliver it again to consciousness by blowing into its mouth for 3 minutes. Even after giving CPR within the first two makes an attempt, there was no change in its situation. Nonetheless, once I gave CPR for the third time, it began transferring,” he mentioned.
The snake has now been handed over to the forest division.
