New Delhi:
4 individuals have been arrested for stealing French Ambassador Thierry Mathou’s cell phone final week in Delhi’s well-known Chandni Chowk market.
The incident befell on October 20 close to Jain Temple within the space, when Mr Thierry and his spouse had been visiting the market.
In keeping with the police, the accused stole the telephone from the Ambassador’s pocket. Following this, Mr Thierry filed a web-based FIR with the Delhi Police.
The officers obtained data concerning the incident from the Embassy on October 21.
Following the grievance, the police checked the CCTVs within the Chandni Chowk space and likewise shaped a staff to search out the perpetrator.
All of the 4 accused are aged between 20 and 25 years. They’re residents of the trans-Yamuna space, reported information company PTI.
The police recovered the telephone from the accused and handed it again to the Ambassador.
