South Korea goals to ship a staff to Ukraine to watch and analyse the deployment of North Korean troops by Russia, a presidential official stated on Wednesday (October 30, 2024).

The official, who briefed reporters on situation of anonymity, stated Seoul and its allies estimated not less than 11,000 North Korean troopers had been moved to Russia with greater than 3,000 of them now deployed near the entrance traces in Ukraine.
